In 2024, we reached a new milestone in our growth journey: €75.5 million in revenue — the highest in our history — marking a 12% increase compared to the previous year. These results reflect the rigorous execution of our strategic plan, supported by balanced expansion, a strong organizational culture, and a deep commitment to talent and the communities where we operate.
Our EBITDA stood at 8%, fully aligned with the goals outlined in our 2024–2027 strategic cycle. For the fourth consecutive year, we achieved double-digit growth, confirming the consistency of our structure and our ability to anticipate and respond to the demands of an ever-evolving market. As our CFO, Luís Castro, notes, 2024’s performance reaffirms our resilience and positions us confidently for the years ahead.
Portugal remains our primary growth driver, posting a 16% increase over 2023 and accounting for more than half of our global revenue. However, our presence abroad also strengthened significantly: international markets represented 35% of total revenue, with the Netherlands, the United States, and Brazil standing out as key contributors.
We also took strategic steps to expand our international footprint in 2024: we opened a new office in Dubai, supported by the launch of a local subsidiary, the appointment of a regional lead, and the establishment of partnerships and commercial operations in the Middle East.
In Europe, we inaugurated a new Center of Excellence (CoE) in Dundalk, Ireland, focused on Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Low-Code. This investment aims to support the Irish and UK markets while enhancing our delivery capabilities in the United States.
Expanding our team was another key priority in 2024. We added approximately 100 new talents, surpassing 1,250 professionals worldwide — a clear reflection of our ongoing commitment to investing in people in an industry marked by fierce competition for top talent. Our continued focus on human capital has not gone unnoticed: for the third year in a row, we ranked 2nd in the Best Workplaces Portugal and again secured a spot in the top 50 Best Workplaces in Europe™, remaining the only Portuguese company recognized in this category.
In the realm of technology partnerships, we strengthened our position among leading industry players and were honored as IBM’s Partner of the Year in Portugal.
We closed 2024 with confidence, optimism, and great ambition. As our CEO, Alexandre Rosa, puts it, 2025 will be a pivotal year to capitalize on recent investments, especially internationally, and to accelerate toward our overarching goal: surpassing €100 million in revenue by 2027.
